Rule Change in the UB Renewable Energy Fund (AIF) on 18 June 2024

The board of UB Fund Management Company Ltd decided on 30 May 2024 to make a rule change for the UB Renewable Energy Fund (AIF) ["Fund"]. From now on, the Fund may invest up to 50% of its assets in solar energy production, instead of the previous 10%.

The updated rules of the Fund can be found on the Fund's own website. The rule change does not require any action from the unit holders. The rule change will take effect on 19 July 2024.
